You can ask us to delete personal data we hold about you, including data related to WhatsApp messages sent to or from a business using Indeza VCloud.
How to request deletion
1. Email privacy@indeza.in with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include your full name, the phone number or email address the data is linked to, and the business (our customer) you dealt with, if you know it.
3. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on the request.
What happens next
• We acknowledge the request within [3] business days and give you a confirmation reference.
• We delete or anonymise your personal data, including message history and contact details, within [30] days.
• If your data belongs to one of our business customers, we pass the request to them and delete it where they instruct.
What we may keep. Where the law requires it, we keep certain records, such as tax invoices and accounting entries, for the legally required period (8 Years). Backups are removed on their normal rotation, within [90] days.
