WhatsApp

WhatsApp built into your ERP

Send invoices, payment reminders and campaigns over WhatsApp from the records you already keep, without copying numbers into your phone.

What you can send

Invoices and payment links

Share an invoice with a payment link the moment it is created.

Payment reminders

Automatic reminders for overdue invoices, tied to your collections and dunning settings.

Campaigns

Send approved template messages to customer lists built from your contacts.

Two-way messages

Customer replies land in the Messages inbox, linked to the contact record.

Job and service updates

Keep customers and field professionals informed about jobs and appointments.

Your own WhatsApp Business number

Messages go out from your business number through the official WhatsApp Business Platform.

Why it matters

Your customers already read WhatsApp. Emailed invoices get buried, while a WhatsApp message with a payment link gets seen the same day. Because the messages come from your ERP, every send is logged against the customer and nobody has to forward PDFs from a personal phone.

Common questions

What do I need to get started?

A Meta Business account and a WhatsApp Business Platform number. We guide you through the setup during onboarding.

Are there WhatsApp charges?

Meta charges per conversation for business-initiated messages. These are billed by Meta and are separate from your Indeza VCloud plan.

Can I keep using WhatsApp on my phone?

A number connected to the WhatsApp Business Platform is used through the platform rather than the phone app, so many businesses use a dedicated number for it.
